Some clients feel relief and improvement after the first session, while others need several meetings to see lasting change. During the first consultation, we will discuss your expectations and create a tailored action plan for you.

5. How should I prepare for the first session? You do not need any special preparations for the first session. We only recommend wearing comfortable clothing and coming with an open mind. Remember, you can ask questions at any stage – we are here to support you.

6. Can I combine different services, e.g., coaching with massage? Of course, this is even recommended! Our services are designed to complement each other. Combining different methods of working with the mind, body, and energy allows for the best results and leads to complete harmony.

7. Are the sessions in-person or online? It depends on the service. Coaching and support sessions can be conducted both online and in-person. However, massages and Reiki take place in-person at our office to provide you with the best experience.
